Sherry Bin is an Art Educator, Painter, and Designer who has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching from the Maryland Institute College of Art. She has over 10 years of experience in studio arts, design, and illustration, and aims to pursue a career as both an educator and artist.

Sherry has worked as an Art Teaching Intern at Veteran Elementary in Baltimore, Maryland, where she learned how to teach elementary school children with practical training and hands-on professional experience. She interacted with children individually in facilitating creative silhouette art projects.


Additionally, she worked as an Art Teaching Assistant at Roland Park Elementary in Baltimore, where she collaborated with peers to teach middle school kids observational drawing and assisted children in developing their storyboards in comics class. She also has experience as an Art Teacher at Bolton Hill Nursery, where she led children aged 3-4 years old to draw freely, learned child psychology and human development, and created and trained staff on an editorial style guide.

Sherry's skills include art teaching, oil painting, illustration, and graphic design. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and French.
