Fang-Chih Liao has helped run art studios for the past 30 years. As Director & Vice Chairman, her background of successful management can be seen in the warm culture and creative atmosphere of the art institute. 

Having helped establish Teng-Ko Weng Art Studio in 1995, Fang-Chih was instrumental in the creation and structuring of the studio programming and processes during her time there. Over the years, Fang-Chih has taken on roles and tasks from every aspect of business, from operations management, to financial reporting, to marketing creation and with logistics oversight. 

Fang-Chih is at the heart of the institute, and her kindness and warmth brings a family feel to the community.
